If you knew about Brumel and Ni Chih-Chin why did you not post even if you were unclear about the "last week" thing?
You can't waste time if you want to beat Mikli

A second attempt to explain what happened. I hope the last.
In Russia, a new week begins Monday and ends on Sunday.
If on Sunday 15 we're talking about the event from 9 to 15, then we say that an event happened this week(current week).
If an event has occurred from 2 to 9, then we say that an event happened last week(week before).
This explains my doubts.
Now a bit about the history of the question (in time-line).
The question was asked in Sun Apr 15, 2012 7:09 pm.
My first clarifying question on Sun Apr 15, 2012 8:05 pm. I am in doubt and wait for an answer on my clarifying question.
Mikli gives the correct answer in 24 minutes later, at Sun Apr 15, 2012 8:29 pm.
Why do I need to repeat his answer?
Mickley winner and Game is Over!
But, I was tormented by the question of a possible second fact of the coincidence of dates of birth of top athletes which unknown to me(week from 2 to 9).
Without the clarification from
gh and having my own doubts about a week from 2 to April 9, I spend my research for a possible match dates of birth of the top athletes.
Only after
dukehjsteve's post I'm starting to understand what
I was wrong
in the translation and definition of the term "last week".
I hope that now my actions are more understandable.
